Terms and Conditions:
Above rates include 21% tax and service charge
~ Minimum 2 nights stay during regular season, and minimum 3 nights
stay during high and peak season are strictly required.
~ Price and benefits are for two persons per room only.
~ Rates inclusions are not redeemable in cash.
~ High season surcharge is applied from July 15 until August 31.
~ Peak season surcharge is applied from December 22 until January 06.
Occupancy / Children Policy
Maximum of persons per villa as follows:
~ 3 Bedrooms Pool Villa: 6 Adults + 1 Child per bedroom
~ 4 Bedrooms Pool Villa: 8 Adults + 1 Child per bedroom
A baby cot and / or one extra bed can be provided in all room categories
at no cost for children under the age of 12 years.
